Automated Electronic Billing
The P2P software offers you an automated electronic system with 100% accuracy… from electronic Super bills (created by the physician using a Tablet PC) to Electronic Claims… at a price considerably less than the paper based billing system. The P2P software also provides 100% accountability for every super bill/claim.

Tele-Billing Service
MDEC’s Tele-billing service differs significantly from the conventional billing agencies. Our tele-workers connect to your office computers from remote locations, and perform billing functions that cannot be automated yet... such as posting of paper EOBs. All your staff has to do is scan paper EOBs and save in a folder on your Server. You have complete control on your billing operation, and you can monitor every transaction from your home or from anywhere in the world by remote connection capability provided by P2P software. Customized EMRs
MDEC International offers an EMR Software & Services package to the physicians. The P2P Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software is very simple, affordable, efficient and easy to use.

Customized Electronic Charts
Unlike most other vendors, instead of a pre-defined standard template-based EMR software, MDEC offers a simplified EMR package. Our programmers take your existing paper charts (forms), and custom-create equivalent Electronic Charts. Your physicians & nurses use tablet PCs to fill these familiar forms in their own handwriting/typing. We don’t force you to go through extensive training to learn a complex EMR software. Instead, our EMR adopts your existing paper based chart system.

Create your Own Macros
A macro is a text paragraph that can be used repeatedly in the future. The P2P software gives you the capability to create/edit your own paragraphs. Within a few months, you would create your own library of macros, which would further reduce your time to create patient charts. These macros can be shared with other physicians/nurses within your office.

Hand-written Electronic Charts
You have the choice to fill electronic forms by typing or hand writing. Our tele-workers would remotely read the hand-written notes & type it for you. Once typed, you can proof read, edit and save the final copy in the database.

Time per Patient Chart
With P2P EMR software you would complete your charts in the same amount of time (or faster) as paper charts. With any other Standard Template Based EMR software, you would spend more time per chart.

Minimum User Training
Unlike most other complex EMR software packages, P2P EMR software requires very little training. The P2P electronic forms look very similar to your existing (and familiar) paper forms.

Transcription Service

Paper Chart Management
Most physicians are thinking of buying EMR software… simply because they are overwhelmed with their paper charts. In well-established large practices, the number of charts has accumulated to the extent that there is no more storage space left in the office.

The P2P Paper Chart Management (PCM) software is the answer to your current problem. Your office staff simply needs to scan the existing patient charts using a high-speed scanner (25 pages/50 images per minute) provided as part of the P2P hardware. Once scanned, the images of paper documents are stored in your office Server. These electronic documents can now be accessed and viewed from any computer within your office, or from anywhere in the world by authorized persons through the P2P network. These images are transmitted with 128-bit encryption, which exceeds the security requirements of HIPAA regulations (64-bit).
 
 
Employee ,Inventory and Financial Management Software
At present, less than 5% medical practices in the U.S. are using any Employee management (Human Resources), Inventory Management, Payroll or Financial Management software... primarily because most of the Practice Management software vendors do not provide these functions. With P2P software, employees check-in and check-out using an office computer. The check-in and check-out times are controlled by your office Server. Customized Inventory Management Software

The basic Practice Management (PM) software provided by majority of vendors only has Accounts Receivable function (called Billing software within the healthcare industry).
